There are Gov requirements to become an apprenticeship, such as being in the relevant work for at least 30 hours per week. Some courses may have specific start dates and schedules, which would be explained or mentioned by our qualified assessors during your informal application.

The duration of a course depends on its amount of content.

                              Apprenticeships   –   The Learning Phase

New apprentices will meet our team during the chosen course curriculum. The majority of learning is by supervision in their work place and conducted online allowing learners to communicate with others, offering behavioral advantage.   Those who select a block course have a quarterly option to engage learning skills, knowledge and behavioral networking.

Apprentices must take 6 hours a week (per Govt guidance) in their normal contracted hours to progress study learning time which our mentors will of course explain.

Learners must be in the learning stage for a minimum of 12 months and a day. During their time on the learning journey, they will cover knowledge, Skills and Behaviors, and build their portfolio of work evidence (required for an End Point Assessment to demonstrate how they have attained their level of capability).

External end point assessment explained during induction.
